Invite Guests to the Portal from Studio
Access is invitation-only.
Guests can only access the Portal after being invited by a Studio team member within the same workspace.
This is by design and ensures:
- No open or public account creation
- Controlled access per workspace
- Clear linkage between identity and invitation
- No impersonation or data-leakage risk for your guests or people
Your team decides when someone gains access to your workspace.
Personalized Profile & Photo Gallery
A gallery built around the individual.
Inside their Portal, each guest sees:
- A personalized profile
- A private gallery of photos they are tagged in
- A sidebar link to the Public Gallery
Key visibility rules:
- Guests only see photos they are tagged in within their personal gallery
- The Public Gallery link displays photos from public albums only
- Private albums are never visible
They cannot:
- View other individuals’ tags
- Edit metadata
- Access internal Studio tools
Easy Opt-Out of Tagging
Consent is continuous — not assumed.
The Guest Portal gives individuals direct control over their personal tagging consent.
At any time, a guest can revoke consent to tagging. When this happens:
- All existing tags tied to that individual are automatically removed
- Future tagging is blocked across the workspace
This operates independently from Studio-level authorization. Both organizational control and individual choice are respected.
The outcome:
- Transparent privacy control
- Automatic compliance enforcement
- No manual cleanup required from your team
Why It Matters
The Guest Portal isn’t just a delivery mechanism — it’s an experience layer.
It allows guests to:
- Revisit their event through their own lens
- Instantly find their photos without searching
- Manage their visibility preferences independently
And it allows your team to:
- Eliminate manual photo sorting
- Avoid individual file delivery
- Reduce privacy-related administrative overhead
A polished, self-serve experience for guests. A scalable workflow for your team.
